- 120 g stale bread

- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 500 ml water
- Salt to taste

- Next, place almonds and garlic in a blender and grind until they are finely chopped.
- Then, include the soaked bread (without draining), along with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in the blender. Begin blending and slowly pour in additional water until the mixture has a liquid texture while still maintaining a thick consistency.
- Transfer the prepared liquid into a jar, cover it, and allow it to rest in the refrigerator until it is ready to be served. It is important to note that the liquid should be served cold.
- When you are ready to serve, pour the chilled liquid into individual bowls and garnish with olive oil and seedless grapes that have been halved, place them facing upward.
