A super tasty and filling wrap made with protein-rich marinated tempeh, fresh greens and vegetables and a yoghurt sauce. Perfect for a quick meal or a packed lunch.
I have been making this wrap on repeat lately! It’s so delicious and easy to make and very customisable based on what you have in the fridge.

Easy Marinated Tempeh Wrap
A super easy and healthy wrap with tempeh, veggies and yoghurt sauce.
Ingredients
Yoghurt sauce
- 1/2 cup plant based yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- A handle of chives
- A pinch of garlic power
- 1 tsp tahini
- salt and pepper to taste
Toppings
- 2 tortilla wraps
- a handful lettuce I used lamb's lettuce
- 1/4 an avocado
- 1 carrot julienned
- 2 tbsp Onion/ pickled onion
- a pinch nutritional yeast
Marinade
- 250 g tempeh
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp tahini
- 2 tbsp soy
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- a pinch ginger powder, garlic powder, paprika
- water to thin
Instructions
- Cut the tempeh in strips then make the marinade: mix soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, tahini, mustard and the spices in a big container or shake to combine. Add the tempeh and let marinade at least 20/30 minutes (or overnight)
- Place on a baking tray and bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes. After 15 minutes Pour the marinade over it , mix it in and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
- Make the yogurt sauce by combining yogurt, lemon juice, chives, and seasoning.
- Heat up the wraps in the microwave on on a pan, then place them on a plate, add lettuce, carrots, avocado, pickled onions, tempeh, the yoghurt sauce and some nutritional yeast. Roll it into a wrap and enjoy!!

I made the delicious tempeh. Served on bassmati rice with fresh coriander and shallots. Delicious.
