Silken Tofu Chocolate Mousse | Vegan, High Protein

This silken tofu chocolate mousse is made with only three ingredients. You could not tell that it’s vegan, many non vegans tried this and no one could tell it’s made from tofu. It’s incredible, tofu provides an amazing silky texture as well as added protein. The mousse is decadent, rich, smooth, creamy, and super easy to make! It’s the perfect treat or healthy snack.

Silken Tofu Chocolate Mousse

What you need for this Silken Tofu Chocolate Mousse:

  • Silken tofu
  • Dark chocolate
  • Sweetener of choice

Just three ingredients are needed to make this delicious dessert: dark chocolate, a sweetener like agave syrup, and silken tofu. Dark chocolate adds richness and antioxidants, while the tofu creates a super incredible smooth texture. The agave syrup adds the ideal amount of natural sweetness. You blend the ingredients, transfer into tiny glasses and eat right away or transfer to the fridge for a firmer consistency.

Silken Tofu Chocolate Mousse – Step by Step Instructions With Photos

  • Start by blending silken tofu with a sweetener of choice, I used agave syrup.
  • Melt some dark chocolate over a water bath and let it cool down slightly.
  • Mix the chocolate with the silken tofu mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Pour into small pots/glasses. You can eat it immediately but I suggest to transfer to the fridge for at least 30 minutes, ideally a few hours to firm up, just look at that consistency!
  • Top with fresh fruit, some more chocolate and enjoy!
