Is there anything better than chocolate chip cookies? They are the classic cookie and made vegan they are just as delicious! There is never too many chocolate chips and they are just the best, they melt and create the most delicous cookies.
These cookies are so delicious, crunchy on the outside and soft and gooey in the inside. I’ve been loving oat flour in all my baking, it gives everything a really nice texture and nutty flavour.
Cookies are one of my favourite things to bake because they are so quick to make and also require few and easy ingredients. They are ready in about 10 minutes! The perfect treat for when you’re craving something sweet!
These vegan chocolate chip cookies are:
- Both crunchy and soft
- Super easy
- Quick
- So delicious!
What you need:
- All-purpose flour
- Oat flour
- Brown sugar
- Plant milk
- Vegetable oil
- Baking powder
- Chocolate chips
- Salt
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Then add oil and milk.
- Mix well then add chocolate chips.
- Bake at 180 C for 15 minutes
- Leave to cool down for 10 minutes so they firm up and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 70 g all-purpose flour
- 70 g oat flour
- 70 g brown sugar
- 40 g plant milk
- 70 g vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Then add oil and milk.
- Mix well then add chocolate chips.
- Bake at 180 C for 15 minutes Leave to cool down for 10 minutes and enjoy!
