Chop the cauliflower into similar sized small pieces. Steam for 7-9 minutes. In the meantime preheat the oven to 200C. in a shallow bowl combine flour, paprika, oregano, tomato paste, milk, salt and pepper. Fill a separate bowl with breadcrumbs.
When the cauliflower is ready dip each piece in the sauce and coat in breadcrumbs. Repeat for all and place the pieces on a baking tray with baking paper. Sprinkle with some olive oil and cook in the oven for 20 minutes or until crunchy, I recommend putting the grill settings at the very end for a few minutes (Make sure to keep an eye on them while you do because they can burn quickly.
Enjoy! They’re delicious on their own but you can have them with a dipping sauce.
