Mix cornstarch, smoked paprika, salt and pepper then coat cubed tofu in the mixture. Place on a baking tray with baking paper and cook at 200C for 15 minutes. Make the sauce by combining all ingredients. Take the tofu out of the oven and coat it in the sauce, keeping some for later. Put back in the oven for 5/10 minutes. Serve and top with more of the sauce and sesame seeds.
