Preheat the oven to 190C/375F
Take your blocks of tofu (I used one block of regular and one block of smoked) and grate them using the largest side of a box grater.
In a bowl, mix the grated tofu with paprika, garlic powder, cumin powder, soy sauce, and oil. Stir until the tofu is evenly coated with the spices.
Prepare a baking tin by brushing it with oil, or use baking paper instead.
Add the tofu to it spreading it into a thin layer (the less crowded it is, the faster it will get cirpsy)
Cook at 190C/375F for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is golden and slightly crispy.
Now it's ready to enjoy with your favourite dish, it's great in fajitas, I used it for these tacos and it was delicious!
