Cut the tempeh in strips then make the marinade: mix soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, tahini, mustard and the spices in a big container or shake to combine. Add the tempeh and let marinade at least 20/30 minutes (or overnight)
Place on a baking tray and bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes. After 15 minutes Pour the marinade over it , mix it in and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Make the yogurt sauce by combining yogurt, lemon juice, chives, and seasoning.
Heat up the wraps in the microwave on on a pan, then place them on a plate, add lettuce, carrots, avocado, pickled onions, tempeh, the yoghurt sauce and some nutritional yeast. Roll it into a wrap and enjoy!!
