1tspdried fenugreek

1/3cupwalnuts
2tbspred wine vinegar

Instructions
First grind the walnuts in a food processor.
To a pestle and mortar or food processor, add garlic, salt, and pepper and pound it into a paste. Add the ground walnuts and continue pounding. Then add the cilantro and fenugreek and do the same. Finally add red wine vinegar and a little bit of water to make it more liquid.
Prepare the vegetables
Cut the tomatoes in cubes, peel and cut the cucumbers, cut the pepper, and slice the red onion.
Add all the vegetables to a big bowl together with basil, add the walnuts dressing and mix to combine.
