  • 1 Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g padron peppers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • a pinch of flaky salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat up some olive oil in a pan, add the padron peppers, place them so they don’t overlap.
  • Cook for 1 minute then continue to stir until they become soft and browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Plate and sprinkle with flaky salt. Enjoy!
