Instructions
Start by blending silken tofu with a sweetener of choice, I used agave syrup.
Then melt some dark chocolate over a water bath and let it cool down slightly.
Pour the tofu mixture in a bowl, add it the chocolate and mix well until fully incorporated.
Pour into 4 small pots/glasses and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes/1 hour, ideally a few hours to firm up. The longer you leave it the firmer it will become.
Top with fresh fruit, some more chocolate and enjoy!
