red wine

soy cream

water in case it becomes dry

Potato Rösti
grated potato seasoned with salt and pepper cooked in a pan with olive oil
Instructions
To a pot, add the onion, bay leaves, cloves, red wine, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Boil until the liquids evaporate. Remove the bay leaves.
Cut the Seitan in thin strips and coat in flour. Heat up some olive oil in a pan then add the seitan to it and cook for 5/10 minutes.
Then add the onion mix, mix to combine and add soy cream and milk and cook for 5 minutes. If it becomes too dense add more water and continue cooking.
